Australerba Herbal Products and Spagyric Laboratories was established in October 1979 with the help of the South Australian Department of Trade and Industry.

 

After 6 months of market feasibility studies, Australerba started production and marketing of natural health care products in 1980, with the official launching of the firm on 22 July 1980, by the then Ombudsman, Mr RD Bakewell.

 

Prof M Junius in the laboratory Both the partners of the firm, Prof. M Junius and Dr K Kumar, were encouraged to migrate to Australia by the South Australian Premier's Department to start a herbal industry which gave a very good prospect of growth. The Department of Agriculture sponsored several seminars on the growing and processing of herbs as alternative to conventional farming.

 

Australerba products are listed all over the world in Australian Government publications through which the firm gets several trade enquiries each year.

 

Australerba is fully equipped for its Research and Development programs and is constantly engaged in R & D projects for further development of new products.

 

Australerba Herbal Products and Spagyric Laboratories is licensed by the Therapeutic Goods Administration to manufacture herbal preparations under the GMP code of Australia (Licence No.270)
